Hi I have a mobi and tablet xp pc. I tried downloading the file needed to fix the problem but cannot log into the ftp site. Can anyone help please

Hello, please make sure you are following these instructions:

The following steps provide a workaround for this Microsoft bug:

* Click on the Start button to display the menu and select the Run option.
* Type regedit in the Open text box and click OK.
* Navigate to the following directory:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\ExcludedDevices
* Delete the ExcludedDevices folder.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\ExcludedDevices
* Download the WISPTISExcludedDevices.exe file from the eInstruction Tech Support FTP server to the Tablet PC and run the downloaded file.
* Restart the Tablet PC when the installer is finished.
